The Fitbit is an O.C.D. fitness freaks new best friend. Not only does it track the amount of steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned, but it measures your sleep quality as well. How long it takes you to fall asleep, how many times you wake up at night, and how long you were actually sleep are all questions you can now answer (If someone other than your doctor wants to know this stuff, its a DyVineSoul conversation). It even measures workout intensity so you know where you are and need to improve (YourAddiction convo). All this data is automatically uploaded when you get in range of the base station and you can access it online. Fair weather joggers need to place an order pronto!!!
